Mr. Suthep Tuehsuban, the vice prime miniter of security affairs, said that Cambodia doesn’t feel good toward The Thai Government on delaying the JBC many of time, in which Thai Government should explain that to Cambodia too. And while Mr. Sok Ahn will be meeting with Mr.Suwit Khunkitti. The world Heritage issue is still a solved. He will have a world with Mr.Sok Ahn Border sharing because nothing can solve problems better than talking with each other.

‘มาร์ค’ลดปมขัดแย้งมรดกโลก
วันที่ 3 ม.ค. ที่ทำเนียบรัฐบาล นายอภิสิทธิ์ เวชชาชีวะ นายกรัฐมนตรี ให้สัมภาษณ์ถึงการดำเนินนโยบายด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศไทย-กัมพูชาว่า เป้าหมายหลักคือไม่ต้องการเห็นความตึงเครียดระหว่างสองประเทศ ซึ่งแนวทางที่ไทยเสนอคืออย่าให้เรื่องมรดกโลกมาเป็นปัญหา โดยตนได้หารือกับกัมพูชาไว้ว่าเราจะให้ผู้รับผิดชอบมาคุยกัน เพื่อไม่ให้ปมของมรดกโลกเป็นความขัดแย้งได้ หรือไม่ อย่างไร ซึ่งนายซกอาน รองนายกรัฐมนตรีกัมพูชา จะมาพบกับนายสุวิทย์ คุณกิตติ รมว.ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม ในเดือน ม.ค. นี้
นายกฯ กล่าวว่า เราหวังว่าอย่างน้อยจะมีความคืบหน้า ไม่อยากให้เกิดปัญหาการประชุมคณะกรรมการมรดกโลกในเดือน มิ.ย. นี้ตึงเครียด ส่วนตนยังไม่พบกับสมเด็จฮุนเซน นายกรัฐมนตรีกัมพูชาในช่วงนี้ แต่จะพบกันในการประชุมอาเซียนอยู่แล้ว
นายสุเทพ เทือกสุบรรณ รองนายกฯฝ่ายความมั่นคง กล่าวถึงกัมพูชาไม่พอใจที่รัฐบาลไทยเลื่อนการพิจารณาคณะกรรมาธิการเขตแดนร่วมไทย-กัมพูชา (เจบีซี)ออกไปหลายครั้งว่า ต้องอธิบายให้กัมพูชาเข้าใจเหตุผล ทั้งนี้ในช่วงที่นายซกอาน รองนายกฯกัมพูชา จะมาพบและหารือกับนายสุวิทย์ คุณกิตติ ประเด็นมรดกโลกที่ยังคาราคาซังอยู่ ตนจะพูดคุยกับ นายซกอาน เรื่องการปักปันเขตแดน เพราะการแก้ปัญหาไม่มีอะไรดีกว่าการพูดคุยกัน

IF CAUSE ประโยคเงื่อนไข

if สมมติ,เหตุการณ์ที่ยังไม่เกิด
cause วลี, ประดยคที่ไม่สมบูรณ์
Dependent cause ไม่สมบูรณ์ด้วยตนเอง อยู่โดดๆ ไม่ได้ ต้องเชื่อมโยงกับ Independent cause มักขึ้นต้นด้วย after, when, who, if เป็นต้น

Independent cause มีความสมบูรณ์ในตนเอง ประกอบด้วย ประธานและกริยา อยู่อิสระได้

ประโยค if cause เช่น
1. ถ้าฉันขึ้นรถเมล์ไม่ทันบ่ายนี้ ฉันก็จะเรียกรถแท็กซี่แทน
* ในประโยคนี้จะมี 2 ส่วน คือ
1. ส่วนที่เป็นเงื่อนไข (if cause)
2. ส่วนที่เป็นข้อความหลัก (main cause)
If I miss the bus thisafternoon, I will get a taxi. (catch โดยสาร) , (get taxi เป็นสำนวน)
ประโยค 1 เป็น dependent cause และเป็น main cause
ประโยคที่ 2 เป็น independent cause และเป็น if cause

1. present/real (possible) , modality
โครงสร้าง if+V1,will,can,may,should,must+V1.
เช่น - ถ้าฉันไม่เข้าใจเนื่อหา ฉันก็จะออกไปรายงานไม่ได้
If I don't understand the topic, I can't present in the class.

- ถ้าฉันเป็นลูกคนเดียว ฉันคงจะเหงามาก
If I were a single (only) child, I would be lonely.
2. present/unreal (impossible)
โครงสร้าง if+V2,would, could, should+V1
- ถ้าเธอสวยเธอคงเป็นนางงามไปนานแล้ว
If she were beautiful, she would be Miss Universe.

* were ใช้กับทุกประธาน


3. past/unreal (had+V3)
- ไม่มีใครบอกฉันเลยว่าคุณเข้าโรงพยาบาล ถ้าฉันรู้ ฉันไปเยี่ยมคุณแล้วล่ะ

* ถ้าใส่ the hospital = ไปเยี่ยมผู้ป่วย
ถ้าใส่ in hospital= ไม่สบาย, นอนอยู่โรงพยาบาล
serious = จริงจัง ไม่ใช่เครียดค่ะ

มี2 ลักษณะ ดังนี้
1. Progressive aspects
2. Perfective aspects
1.1.progressive aspects คำที่สังเกตได้ว่าเป็นลักษณะของ progressive aspects มักจะมีคำว่า กำลัง, อยู่ (เหตุการณ์ที่กำลังดำเนินอยู่) Continunous tense เช่น
1.1.1. การกระทำหรือเหตุการณ์ที่ดำเนินอยู่อย่างต่อเนื่อง
She was sleeping. (เมื่อวานหล่อนนอนหลับยาวอย่างต่อเนื่องเลย)
1.1.2. การกระทำที่เกิดขึ้นและจบลงอย่างรวดเร็วแต่เกิดขึ้นช้าๆ
The boy is hitting my dog with a stick. (เด็กผู้ชายตีสุนัขด้วยไม้) หรือเช่นเหตุการณ์ประท้วง แบบเสื้อแดงและเสื้อเหลือง
1.1.3. การกระทำที่ยังไม่เสร็จสมบูรณ์
I'm writing a book on Global Warming. (เขียนยังไม่เสร็จ)
1.1.4. การกระทำที่เกืดขึ้นชั่วคราว
She is living in London. เธออยู่ที่ลอนดอน (ไม่ได้อยู่ถาวร)
1.1.5. การกระทำที่เกิดขึ้นในอนาคต ซึ่งได้มีการวางแผนไว้แล้ว พร้อมไว้เรียบร้อยแล้ว

2.1.Perfect aspects เชื่อมโยงกับเหตุการณ์,เวลา,ภายหลัง

2.1.1.การกระทำที่เกิดขึ้นแล้ว เชื่อมโยงกับเหตุการณ์ ,เวลา,ภายหลัง

โจรวิ่งหนีเมื่อตำรวจมาถึง

2.2.2. การกระทำที่เกิดขึ้นและยังดำเนินอยู่ในปัจจุบัน

We have lived in Japan since last year.

2.2.3. การกระทำที่เกิดขึ้นโดยไม่ระบุเวลาแน่ชัดแต่เกิดขึ้นอย่างน้อย 1 ครั้ง เช่น

I have been to India before. (ฉันเคยไปอินเดียมาแล้ว 1 ครั้ง)

I have gone to India before. (ฉันไปอินเดียมาแล้ว)

* been=ไปแล้วกลับมาแล้ว

* gone=ไปแล้วยังไม่กลับ

2.2.4. เกิดขึ้นแล้ว และยังส่งผลถึงปัจจุบัน

He have cut himself. มีดบาดมือแต่เลือดก็ยังไหลอยู่

I have eatten rice. ฉันกินข้าวแล้ว *ผลก็คือยังอ่มข้าวอยู่ค่ะ

1. ระหว่างที่รอพบหมอ ฉันอ่านนิตยสารจบไป 2 เล่ม
